v Two bathrooms, one an ensuite.

v Combined Lounge and Dining area with access to a large entertaining deck overlooking the Tuggerah Lakes.

v Full new modern Kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.

v Fourth bedroom with double bed, single bed and bathroom in lower level.

v Set in landscaped gardens is the Gazebo with barbeque, spa and seating.

How to get to the Bamboo House

v From Sydney take the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway North.

v From Newcastle take the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway South.

v Take the Toukley Wyee exit to Toukley on Sparks Road.

v Travel on Sparks Road through 1 set of traffic lights and 2 roundabouts.

v At the next traffic light turn right into Walker Avenue.

v Continue on Walker Avenue and turn left at the first round about into Kaye Avenue.

v At the next roundabout turn right into Stanley Street.

v 155 is the 5^th house on the left.

v This is the home of Jean Tyler who will let you into the Bamboo House located behind hers.
